  • Tuesday: Pork Chops
  • Wednesday: Blackened Fish
  • Thursday: Chicken Fried Chicken – Served with mashed potatoes and gravy.
  • Friday: Road Kill – Half-pound ground beef with mushrooms, onions, and brown gravy.
