There was finally some justice done to the Electric Vehicle Hookups at the La Quinta Inn & Suites, the Greenest Hotel in Cedar Park, Texas. Yesterday, the La Quinta had a guest who requested to recharge their Toyota Prius hybrid, which boasts a gas mileage of over 100 miles per gallon.

On the morning of June 1, 2010, behind the La Quinta Inn & Suites on South Padre Island, Texas. Our efforts to prevent beach erosion have worked. A couple of weeks ago, we reported on EnjoySPI.com that we were working diligently to clean the sargassum (commonly known as sea weed) from the shore, and stack it up in rows along our sea wall, in order to trap sand and form dunes.
